保胆取石术治疗有功能胆囊结石13例临床分析

Endoscopic Cholecystolithotomy with Reservation of Gallbladder in Surgical Treatment of Function of de Gallbladder:a Report of 13 Cases

目的:探讨微创胆囊切开保胆取石术的临床疗效和安全性。方法:2009-2011年采用微创切开取石术治疗经严格筛选符合保胆手术的胆囊有功能患者13例,术后随访6个月,对患者自觉临床症状及胆囊壁厚度、胆囊功能的主客观指标进行分析。结果:术后患者的临床症状消失或明显减轻,胆囊壁厚度较术前明显变薄(P<0.05),胆囊收缩面积明显增加(P<0.05),无术中副损伤或术后严重并发症,无中转开腹及死亡病例。结论:对于治疗有功能的胆囊结石,微创保胆取石术是安全、有效的。

Objective：To explore the effect and safety of Mini-Cholecys tolithotomy（MC）with reservation of gallbladder.Methods：A retrospective analyses made on clinical data of 13 cases who were with gallstone admitted treated by mini-cholecystolithotomy in our department.All cases were followed for 6 months.We analysed the results by means of observing the change of objective evidences and subjective evidences（gallbladder wall thickness and gallbladder function and patients clinical symptoms,respectively）.Results：All patients undergo the operation whose clinical symptoms complete recovery.The thickness of gallbladder wall change from（2.40±0.40）mm to（1.40±0.20）mm（P0.05）.And the area of gallbladder systolic change from（0.34±0.03）cm2 to（0.40±0.03）cm2（P0.05）.No related complications were observed.Conclusion：Like the standard treatment of gallstone for instance laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）and open laparocholecystectomy（OC）,in treating gallstone diseases cholangioscopic cholecystolithotomy with gallbladder preserved is an effective and safe methods.
