摘要
目的观察干扰素α-2b栓对宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染清除的疗效。方法经基因芯片技术检测为HPV感染的新疆维吾尔族宫颈炎患者125例,根据自愿原则分为研究组(80例)及对照组(45例)。研究组患者使用干扰素仅一2b栓治疗,对照组患者则定期监测HPV的变化,均每3个月复查一次HPV。结果研究组与对照组高危型HPV感染例数分别为87和49例。12个月后,研究组与对照组高危型HPV感染清除率分别为97.7%(85/87)和91.8%(45/49),组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。第3、6、9个月研究组的清除率均高于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义[3个月:60.9%(53/87)比40.8%(20/49);6个月:90.8%(79/87)比59.2%(29/49);9个月:95.4%(83/87)比71.4%(35/49),P〈0.05]。结论干扰素α-2b栓在一定程度上提高了宫颈高危型HPV感染的清除率,对防止宫颈病变有一定作用。
Objective To research the effect of α-2b-interferon suppository on cervical human papilloma virus(HPV) infection. Methods A total of 125 cases of Xinjiang Uygur cervicitis patients with high-risk HPV infection were divided into study group( 80 cases)and control group(45 cases ). HPV types were detected through gene chip technology. Patients in study group were treated by interferon α-2b. Results After 12 months, the clearance rate of high-risk HPV in patients of study group and control group was 97.7% (85/87)and 91.8% (45/49)respectively ( P 〉 0. 05 ). 1,3,6,9-month clearance rates of study group and control group were compared and the differences were statistically significant [ 60. 9% ( 53/87 ) vs 40. 8% ( 20/49 ), 90. 8% ( 79/87 ) vs 59.2% ( 29/49 ), 95.4% ( 83/87 ) vs 71.4% ( 35/49 ), all P 〈 0.05 ]. Conclusion Interferon alpha suppository can improve cervical high-risk HPV infection clearance rate and prevent cervical disease.
