摘要
地区电网在面对孤网工况时,机组如何进行频率调节以保证系统的稳定运行一直缺乏系统的指导。针对这一问题,在深入研究孤网运行形成时频率动态响应的基础上,提出了一种考虑孤网运行频率特性的控制策略。首先根据孤网运行的频率特性建立了适应孤网运行的仿真模型,并仿真分析了影响机组孤网运行频率响应的主要因素;然后提出机组孤网运行的一次调频和二次调频策略;最后以频率控制策略为指导进行了实际孤网试验,试验结果表明了该控制策略是正确有效的。所提出的频率控制策略适应性强,可作为各类型火电机组面对孤网工况时的控制指导。
For a regional power network, when under the isolated network operation condition, how to regulate the frequency to ensure the stable operation of the system has always been lack of systematic guidance. Aiming at solving the problem, based on a further study of the frequency dynamic characteristics when the isolated network was formed, a control strategy which takes islanding frequency characteristics into consideration is proposed. Firstly, according to the frequency characteristics of isolated network, a simulation model which is adapted to islanding operation is established, also the main factors which influence islanding frequency response is analyzed using simulation, then the strategy of primary and secondary frequency regulation of islanding is raised, finally, with the control strategy as a guidance, an islanding examination is conducted. The results demonstrate the control strategy to be correct and effective. The frequency control strategy presented has strong adaptability, and can be used as a control guidance of various types of thermal power unit faced with the isolated operation condition.
