摘要
目的通过对呼吸道感染患者的血清样品测定,了解呼吸道联检试剂对呼吸道感染患者的诊断价值。方法采用呼吸道联检试剂盒对2976例急性呼吸道感染患者9种病原体同时进行检测。结果 2976例患者血清样本IgM抗体检测阳性1636例,阳性率54.97%。其中,一种病原体阳性1080例,占66.01%;两种病原体阳性506例,占30.93%;多种病原体阳性50例,占3.06%。结论呼吸道联检试剂对于急性呼吸道感染的病原学诊断有着非常重要的临床指导意义。
Objective To determine diagnostic values of PNEUMO-SLIDE-M on respiratory infection by meansuring serum samples of patients with respiratory infection. Methods Nine pathogenic antibodies in 2976 cases with acute respiratory infection were detected by PNEUMOSLIDE-M simutaneously.Rcsults The positive rate of serum antibody （IgM） was 54.97% in 2976cases. Among them, the positive rate of one pathogen was 1080 cases and made up66.01%; two pathogens 506 cases and made up 30.93%;more than two pathogens 50 cases and made up 3.06%. Conclusion PNEUMO-SLIDE-M had an important clinical significance for pathogenic diagnosis of acute respiratory infection.
