白细胞介素-10的生物学功能及其在疾病中的作用研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 白细胞介素-10(IL-10)是一种多效性细胞因子,可抑制T细胞、单核细胞和巨噬细胞的活性和效应功能,其主要功能是限制或终止炎症反应。除此之外,IL-10还能调节B细胞、NK细胞、细胞毒性T细胞和辅助T细胞、肥大细胞、粒细胞、树突状细胞、角化细胞和内皮细胞的生长或分化。文章综述其主要的生物学功能及其与多种疾病间的关系。
