不同产地刺玫果中总黄酮含量的测定 被引量:9

摘要 目的:建立刺玫果中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法:以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外-可见分光光度法在波长510nm处测定刺玫果中总黄酮的含量。结果:芦丁在8.0-48mg/L范围线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=12.602X-0.0216(r=0.9996)。不同产地刺玫果样品中总黄酮的含量为1.593%-3.742%,差异较大。结论:本研究建立的方法准确、可靠、灵敏,可作为刺玫果中总黄酮含量的测定方法。 Objeelive:To establish the determination methods of total flavonoids contents in Rosa Davurica Pall. Methods:Ultraviolet and visible speclrophotomelry was used to determine the total flavonoid contents in Rosa Davurica Pall at wavelength 5 lOnm by taking turin as standard had good linear relationship at the range 8.0-48 mg/L and the regression equation was Y=12.602X-0.0216(r=0.9996). The total flavonoids contents in Rosa Davurica Pall from different producing area was 1.593%-3.742%, had fairly large difference.Conduslons:This method is acctwate, reliable and sensitive; and can be acted as methods for detennining total flavonoids contents in Rosa Davurica Pall.
