摘要
目的:观察菩人丹超微粉(PRD)对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖(BG)和血脂的影响。方法:36只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为3组,正常对照组、糖尿病模型组和PRD治疗组,每组12只。糖尿病模型组和PRD治疗组大鼠均采用链脲佐菌素连续腹腔注射建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型。模型成功建立后,PRD治疗组大鼠给予PRD灌胃3个月。分别检测各组大鼠的BG,血甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)。结果:与正常对照组比较,糖尿病模型组大鼠的BG、TG、TC、LDL-C明显升高(P<0.05),HDL-C明显降低(P<0.05)。与糖尿病模型组比较,PRD治疗组大鼠的BG、TG、TC和LDL-C明显降低(P<0.05),HDL-C明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:PRD可有效降低2型糖尿病大鼠BG和改善血脂代谢紊乱。
To observe the effects of Purendan superfine powder (PRD) on blood glucose (BG) and blood lipid of type 2 diabetes rots.Methods:36 male Wtstar mrs were randomly divided into 3 groups (n=12): normal control group, diabetes model group and PRD treatment group. The diabetes model rats were made by continuous intraperitoneal injection of slreptozotocin. After the diabetes animal model was successfully established, the mrs in PRD trealment group were lavaged with PRD for 3 months. The BG, triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C) in serum of mrs in each group were respectively detected.Results:The BG, TG, TC, and LDL-C of mrs in diabetes model group were obviously higher than that of rats in normal control group (P〈 0.05); HDI_A2 was significantly lower (P〈 0.05). The BG, TG, TC, LDL-C of rats in PRD treatment group were obviously lower than that of rats in diabetes model group (P〈 0.05); HDL-C was significantly higher(P〈 0.05). Conelusions:PRD can effectively decrease BG of type 2 diabetes rats and improve blood lipid metabolism.
