摘要
本文在全要素分析框架下利用环境技术测度了2003~2009年我国各地区工业碳排放绩效的静态水平、动态变化,并运用动态面板数据计量方法对影响我国工业碳排放绩效变动的因素进行了实证分析。研究发现,我国工业碳排放绩效处于上升状态,但整体水平较低,且在区域之间极不平衡;技术效率与技术进步对其改善皆起正向作用,技术进步的作用力度大于技术效率;经济发展水平、结构因素、能源因素、对外开放以及环境规制等对我国工业碳排放绩效产生深刻而复杂的影响。
This paper uses environmental technology to measure the static level and dynamic change of industrial carbon emissions performance of Chinese various regions from 2003 to 2009 under the framework of total factor analysis.Likewise,the paper makes an empirical analysis on affecting factors of Chinese industrial carbon emissions performance with dynamic panel data econometric.The results show that Chinese industrial carbon emissions performance is relatively low and unbalanced among regions.In addition,the performance increases during the sample period,and the technical efficiency and technological progress play a positive role in its improving,but the technological progress's impact is slightly stronger.Moreover,some factors have strong and complicated impact on Chinese industrial carbon emissions performance,which include economic development level,structure factor,energy factor,opening and environmental regulation etc.
