针对数字环境下图书馆传统资源如何合理配置的问题,研究了英国UKRR(UK Research Reserve)项目的立项背景、目标、实施计划、管理机制及现阶段的实施情况等。通过典型案例的介绍及分析,总结其经验及不足,为我国图书馆资源建设及管理提供参考。

In order to answer the question that how to suitably deploy the traditional resources ot aMg^tal libraries, this paper studies the background, objectives, implementation plan, management mechanism and current stage of the performance of UKRR which is set up by UK. With the introduction and analysis of the typical case, this paper summarizes the experience and shortage to provide libraries in our country with consultation about resources construction.
