摘要
在115 株猪大肠杆菌耐药性监测的基础上,提取耐药类型最普遍的5 株耐药菌的质粒进行质粒指纹图谱分析,结果表明:同一来源、耐药类型相同的菌株有相似的质粒图谱,来源不同者,酶切图谱能提示出它们之间的同源性,说明质粒指纹图谱可作为流行病学调查的工具。
On the base of surveillance on the antibiotic resistance of 115 strains of Escherichia coli from swine,the plasmids of 5 strains of E.coli isolates which the most common patterns were extracted to detecting plasmid profile.The result revealed that the strains from the same farms and patterns had similar profile,the strains from different farms had similar maps of restriction enzyme.It was indicated tha it could be used to study on eidemiology by antibiogram and plasmid fingerprinting analysis. Antibiotic resistance genes of 5 strains of E.coli were located by using plasmid curing and transformating test.We found that the plasmid play an important role in coding the resistance to tetracycline ,sulfarmethoxazole/trimethoprim,streptomycin,ampicillin.One of the reasons that the epidemic disease was the antibiotic resistance could be transmitted vertically by the plasmid coping as well as transmitted level by transformating among the different strains.
