江苏省医药企业专利保护及其与经济产出的相关性研究

Study on the Patent Protection and Its Correlation with Economical Output in Pharmaceutical Enterprises in Jiangsu Province

目的:了解江苏省医药企业专利保护情况及其与经济产出的相关性,为同行提供参考。方法:研究了27家江苏省知名医药企业(包括2010年全国医药工业百强企业中所有江苏省医药企业)专利申请情况,运用相关回归分析法分析了3家上市医药企业(江苏恒瑞医药股份有限公司、金陵药业股份有限公司和江苏康缘药业股份有限公司)在2000-2009年之间专利产出与经济产出的相关性。结果:江苏康缘药业股份有限公司申请专利122项,江苏恒瑞医药股份有限公司申请专利55项,扬子江药业集团有限公司申请专利229项,江苏正大天晴药业股份有限公司申请专利128项,专利保护情况较好。但是,27家知名医药企业中8家企业没有进行专利申请。3家上市医药企业专利产出与经济产出呈正相关,回归方程有良好的线性关系(r=0.984、0.917、0.962),方差分析说明回归效果具显著性。结论:江苏省医药企业在专利保护方面取得了较好的成绩,但仍需加强专利发展战略的制定,提高医药知识产权保护意识,以获得更好的经济产出。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the correlation of patent protection with economical output in pharmaceutical enterpris- es of Jiangsu province, and to provide reference for other pharmaceutical enterprises. METHODS： The patent applications of 27 fa- mous pharmaceutical enterprises （all Jiangsu pharmaceutical enterprises in 2010 Chinese top 100 pharmaceutical enterprises） were studied. Correlation regression analysis was used to analyze the relationships between the patent output and the economic output in the 3 listed pharmaceutical enterprises （Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Jinling Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Kan- ion Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.） from 2000 to 2009. RESULTS： The number of patent applications in Jiangsu Kanion Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was 122, 55 in Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., 229 in Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group, 128 in Jiangsu Chia-tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.. Patent was protected well. However, there were 8 pharmaceutical enterprises without any patent application among 27 pharmaceutical enterprises, It showed a positive equation and positive correlation between the pat- ent output and the economic output in 3 listed pharmaceutical enterprises （r=0.984, 0.917, 0.962） ; analysis of variance indicated the regression outcome was significant. CONCLUSION： Although Jiangsu pharmaceuticals enterprises have made a good achieve- ment in the patent protection, they still need to strengthen pharmaceutical patent strategy setting and awareness of pharmaceutical in- tellectual property protection so as to obtain sound economical output.
