建立处方(医嘱)评价与药物利用研究系统

Establishment of Prescription(Medical Order) Evaluation and Drug Use Research System

目的:依托信息化技术,实现处方(医嘱)点评、审核与药历的自动化,提高药师在临床药学工作方面的效率,促进合理用药。方法:基于处方(医嘱)、临床检查指标记录、病历的电子化,在医院局域网络上,应用Microsoft SQL Server 2008、Power Designer 12.5建立数据库,采用动态网页技术,开发处方(医嘱)评价与药物利用研究系统。结果与结论:该系统的开发包括后台子系统和前台子系统的建立,其中后台子系统包括药品信息数据库、动态网页、药品配对系统、处方(医嘱)与患者信息读取工具、未配对药品查询工具、数据备份工具、导出工具等,前台子系统包括门诊处方点评、审核模块,医嘱点评模块,处方(医嘱)数据报表图形模块,药历模块等;该系统的应用可为药师的临床药学工作提供处方(医嘱)动态监测及超常预警的平台、资源共享的强大平台、前瞻性研究工作平台、回顾性研究工作平台,符合当今药师快节奏工作的需求,值得进一步开发与推广。

OBJECTIVE： To realize the automatization of medical record and prescription evaluation and auditing, to improve the work efficiency of pharmacists in clinical pharmacy, and to promote rational drug use. METHODS： By using Microsoft SQL Server 2008, Power Designer 12.5 for database and dynamic web technology, prescription （medical order） evaluation and drug use research system were set up on the basis of the electronization of prescription （medical order）, the record of clinical examination prescription, and case history. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The development of the system includes the establishment of background subsystem and foreground subsystem. Background subsystem contains drug information database, dynamic webpage, drug mating system, prescription （medical order） and patient＇ s information reading tool, unmated drugs inquiry tool, data backup and out-put equipment, etc. Foreground subsystem includes out-patient prescription evaluation and auditing module, medical order eval- uation module, prescription （medical order） data graphic module, drug history module, etc. This system is provided for the phar- macist including prescription real-time monitoring and abnormal work warning platform, information communion platform, prospective research platform, and retrospective research platform. The pharmacist assistant system was developed to assist the practical work of pharmist, and was worthy of development and promotion in advance.
