摘要
基于非参数生产前沿面理论,运用生产资源配置效率测度软件对农林高等院校的科技资源配置效率进行测算,并对分解的规模效率、投入可处置度和纯技术效率进行分析。结果表明,农林高等院校存在着不同程度的效率损失,规模经济性的效率损失和要素拥挤现象比较突出;农林高校科技资源配置效率的波动幅度逐渐平缓,而且效率值出现提高的趋势。
Non - parametric productivity approach is employed and the software FRONTIERS VER2. 0 is used to analyze the allocation efficiency of S＆T resources at agricultural and forestry university, which divides allocation efficiency of S＆T resources into scale, pure technical efficiency and handling degree of the input factor. The results show that the efficiency loss exists in some degree. The average level of the allocation efficiency of S＆T resources of agricultural and forestry uni- versity keeps rising.
