摘要
在借鉴前人的研究基础上,主要研究官僚型,支撑型和创新型文化对于不同类型的团队学习方式的影响,以加强对于团队学习方式的理解,为更好更有效地进行团队学习提供理论指导。
This paper, on the basis of previous reviews, studies mainly the effect of bureaucratic culture, supportive cul- ture and innovative culture on different type of learning activities. This analysis reinforces our understanding of the way for team learning, and provides theoretical guidance for a better and more effective team learning.
