摘要
产学研知识产权的纠纷一般发生在企业和高校及科研机构之间,虽然我国已有相关立法对其加以调整,但仍由许多难以解决的问题,等待我们去完善和健全。
Intellectual property disputes Industry - university - institute generally occur in enterprises and institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutions, although our country already has relevant legislation , but there are still many problems difficult to solve, waiting for us to improve and perfect.
