摘要
智能电网中储能方式的选择是一个涉及多个评价准则的目标决策问题,在分析现有储能系统特点的基础上,提出一种PROMETHEE-GAIA方法(偏好顺序结构法与交互辅助几何分析法),以技术成熟程度、成本、寿命、效率、响应能力及环境因素作为目标的评价准则,对现有的储能方式做出综合评价,并分析评价准则权重变化时对结果的影响。通过此方法得出的综合排序结果对如何选择储能形态具有一定的实际指导意义。
In the construction of smart grid,the choice of energy storage system is a multi-rule-based decision.The paper analyzes characteristics of the existing energy storage system and presents a PROMETHEE-GAIA(preference ranking organization methods and geometrical analysis) method.Taking the factors,such as technology of maturity, cost,service life,efficiency,response ability and environment as assessment criterion,a comprehensive evaluation for the existing energy storage systems is made,and the effects of the result as the changing rule-weights are analyzed and evaluated.Through the evaluation,this method is proven to have actual reference to selecting energy storage system.
