摘要
21世纪是知识和信息的时代,科学技术的发展和高科技人才的培养是茶产业发展的动力源泉,对产业发展具有指导和推动作用。该研究主要从茶叶品种、茶园管理、茶叶加工、综合利用等方面,对科学技术在茶产业发展中的应用进行了简单阐述。
The 21st century is the era of knowledge and information, the development of science and technology and high-tech talents are the drive source of development on tea industry, and play the guide and promote role. This study mainly explains the effect of science and technology on the development of tea industry from tea varieties, tea garden management, tea processing, and comprehensive utilization.
