葡萄糖酸锌配伍黄精赞育胶囊治疗特发性少弱精子症

Treatment of idiopathic oligoasthenozoosperm with zinc gluconate plus Huangjing Zanyu Capsule

目的探讨葡萄糖酸锌配伍黄精赞育胶囊(黄精、何首乌、枸杞子、丹参、附子、肉桂、杜仲、仙茅、巴戟天、淫羊藿、蛇床子、山茱萸、肉苁蓉、熟地黄、当归、白术)治疗特发性少弱精子症的临床疗效。方法特发性少弱精子症患者164例随机分为两组,研究组86例,给予葡萄糖酸锌+黄精赞育胶囊治疗;对照组78例,单纯给予黄精赞育胶囊治疗,疗程均为三个月。观察两组患者治疗前后精子密度、a级精子百分比(、a+b)级精子百分比的变化及两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗后精子密度、a级精子百分比(、a+b)级精子百分比均较治疗前明显升高,P<0.05,且研究组治疗后上述指标明显高于对照组,P<0.05;研究组显效率及总有效率均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论葡萄糖酸锌配伍黄精赞育胶囊治疗特发性少弱精子症效果明显优于单用黄精赞育胶囊治疗,说明中西医结合可优势互补,明显提高临床疗效。

AIM To observe the clinical effect of zinc gluconate plus Huangjing Zanyu Capsule （Polygonati Polygoni multiflori Radix, Lycii Fructus, Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Aconiti lateralis Radix praeparata, Cinnamomi Cortex, Eucommiae Cortex, Curculiginis Rhizoma, Morindae officinalis Radix, Epimedii Herba, Cnidii Fructus, Corni Fructus, Cistanches Herba, Rehmanniae Radix praeparata, Angelicae sinensis Radix, Atractylodis macrocephalae Rhizoma） in the treatment of idiopathic oligoasthenozoosperm. METHODS One hun- dred and sixty-four patients with idiopathic oligoasthenozoosperm were randomly divided into two groups. In study group（86 patients）, zinc gluconate and Huangjing Zanyu Capsule were taken orally. In control group （78 patients）, only Huangjing Zangzu Capsule was administered orally. The treatment both lasted three monthsl The changes in sperm density, the percentage of a grade motile sperm, the percentage of a and b grade motile sperm and the clinical effect after treatment in two groups were observed. RESULTS After treatment, the sperm density, the percentage of a grade motile sperm, the percentage of a and b grade motile sperm in both groups were significantly higher than before （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the main outcome in the study group was rciarkedly highqr than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The efficiency and total effective rate in the study group were statistically higher than these in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. CONCLUSION The efficiency of zinc gluconate plus Huangjing Zanyu Capsule in the treatment of idiopathic oligoasthenozoosperm is significantly better than that of Huangjing Zanyu Capsule only, which indicates that traditional Chinese medicine and western.medicine can complement each other and significantly improve the efficacy in patients with idiopathic oligoasthenozoosperm.
