摘要
目的建立同时测定芪参胶囊(三七、人参、黄芪)中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb1、黄芪甲苷5种有效成分的高效液相色谱法-蒸发光散射检测器(HPLC-ELSD法)方法。方法采用Hypersil BDS C18(4.6 mm×250 mm5,μm)色谱柱;以乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测条件为气体流量1.60 L/min,漂移管温度90℃。结果三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb1、黄芪甲苷之间有良好的分离度,5种成方的质量浓度与各自峰面积积分值之间线性关系良好,精密度、重复性及加样回收率的RSD均小于2.0%。结论该方法同时测定芪参胶囊中5种成分,分离度高,重复性好,可用于芪参胶囊的质量控制。
AIM To establish a method for determining contents of notoginsenoside R1 , ginsenoside Rg1 ,ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside RbI and astragaloside in Qishen Capsule (Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma, Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, Astragali Radix). METHODS The HPLC-ELSD method was carried out on Hypersil BDS C18 (4. 6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water, in gradient elution manner. The gas flow rate of ELSD was set at 1.60 L/min with evaporate temperature of 90℃. RESULTS The relationships be- rn tween the concentrations and the peak areas of notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rgl, ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rb1 and astragaloside were linear respectively. The RSDs of precision, reproducibility and recovery were all less than 2. 0%. CONCLUSION The method is simultaneous determination for five components in Qishen Capsule, and can be applied to the quality control.
