摘要
目的以拉米夫定为研究对象,建立化学原料药中总汞含量的测定方法。方法以微波消解法进行样品前处理,采用冷原子吸收光谱法测定,检测波长为253.7nm。结果质量浓度在3.75~18ng.mL-1范围内,汞的吸光度与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 6,加样回收率为96.9%,检测限为0.02μg.g-1。结论该方法专属性好,灵敏度高,准确快捷,可作为化学原料药中总汞测定的通用方法,同时为药品质量控制提供依据。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of total mercury in chemical bulk drugs by choosing lamivudine as the research object. Methods Mercury was determined by cold vapor atomic absorption spectrometry, using microwave digestion for sample pretreatment. The detection wavelength was 253.7 nm. Results The absorbance and the concentration showed a good linear relationship in the 3.75-18 ng · mL-1 concentration range,and the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 6. The recovery of mercury was 96.9% ,and the limit of detection was 0.02 μg · g-1. Conclusion The method is specific, sensitive, accurate and rapid, and turns out a universal method for the determination of total mercury in chemical bulk drugs. Simultaneously it could be served as a basis for the drug quality control.
