摘要
目的考察地黄饮子对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的保护作用。方法采用线栓法阻塞大脑中动脉制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型,通过神经学行为评分、TTC染色法测定脑梗死面积、脑含水量考察地黄饮子抗脑缺血作用。结果地黄饮子能降低神经学行为评分、脑梗死面积、脑含水量。结论地黄饮子对大鼠局灶性脑缺血有一定的保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effects of Dihuangyinzi on the focal cerebral ischemia in rats. Methods A focal cerebral ischemia model was established in rats of the middle cerebral artery, to examine Dihuangyinzi on the cerebral ischemia by neurolog- ical behavior scores,TTC staining method infarction area and brain water content. Results Dihuangyinzi can reduce neurological score,infarct size, and brain water content. Conclusion Dihuangyinzi has a protective effect on the focal cerebral ischemia.
