我院2009～2010年抗高血压药物应用分析

Utilization analysis of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital during the period of 2009-2010

目的分析医院2009～2010年抗高血压药物的应用状况及发展趋势。方法对医院2009～2010年抗高血压药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)﹑构成比等进行统计﹑分析。结果医院抗高血压药物的用药金额呈上升趋势,DDDs排在前3位的为钙通道阻滞剂、利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂。用药金额、用药频度最高的药品为钙通道阻滞剂。结论医院抗高血压药物的应用状况与国内﹑外总体用药基本相同。

Objective To analyze the application situation and development tendency of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital from 2009 to 2010. Methods The consumption sum of antihypertensive drugs,DDDs, and constituent ratio in the hospital from 2009 to 2010 were analyzed. Results The sales amount of antihypertensive drugs was increasing,and calcium channel blockers （CCB） took the lead in DDDs, followed by diuretic and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor （ACEI）. Calcium channel blockers （CCB） was the highest one either in the consumption sum or in DDDs. Conclusion The application situation of antihypertensive drugs in the hospital is basically similar to that in other domestic and oversea hospitals.
