系统论视角的我国国家创新体系理论模型构建与实证研究

Model Building and Empirical Research on Independent Innovation Based on the Perspective of Systematic Theory

文章对国家创新体系概念的提出和发展完善过程进行了回顾和文献综述,并在构建具有我国特色的自主创新战略群的基础上,从系统演进的动力学机制视角对我国国家创新体系的发展进行了研究,并在理论分析的基础上对影响我国国家创新体系演进的重要参量进行了协整分析、格兰杰因果分析,分析了我国国家创新体系发展中的主要问题,为探究我国自主创新型国家建设,实现经济结构转型,提供了新的理论参考。

This paper concentrates on the conception of national innovation system and makes literature review about the process of the system. Based on the perspective of systematic theory, it also attempts to construct the national innovation system with Chinese characteristics. Then, this article analyzes index system of our national innovation system in the view of co-integration analysis and Granger causality test, and points out the main problem of the development of our national innovation system. In order to build Innouation-oriented China realize and the change of economic structure, this paper provides a new theoretical guidance to achieve an inclusive growth.
