摘要
创新驿站是一种新的技术转移范式。最近几年国外创新驿站的研究动态表明,在运作方式上,创新驿站已从"科层制"向"分布式治理"嬗变;在组织形态上,创新驿站正向创新驿站网络升级。可以预测,创新驿站的网络化与分布式治理将成为未来研究的重点。
Innovation relay centre is one of new technology transfer model in the world. The trend of the research of it indicates that the function mode of IRC has transformed bureaucracy into distributed governance, and the organization form of IRC has transformed into distribute administration. Therefore the paper puts forward IRC network and distributed governance should be focus in the future.
