摘要 急诊感染或合并感染是急诊就诊病因的第一位…。虽然大部分社区获得性肺炎(community acquired pneumonia,CAP)的死亡率低于1%(需住院治疗的CAP的死亡率接近15%),但CAP的发病率高达35.8%^[2],即使是在发达国家,肺炎仍是主要的致死原因之一^[3]。面对严峻的现实,
