摘要
减阻剂作为一种大分子聚合物,纳摩尔浓度即可在液体传输中显著降低阻力。近年来其研究领域已扩展到生物医学方面,大量实验表明其在保护冠状动脉缺血性疾病、失血性休克复苏、防治血栓和移植排异反应等方面具有积极意义,有良好的应用前景。但其作用机制还需进行更加深入的研究。
Drag reducing polymer is a kind of high molecular polymers, which has been universally used in the industrial fluid transportation for a long time because of its ability to reduce the drag at nanomolar concentration. In recent years, its research has been extended to the biomedical field, such as the prevention and treatment of coronary artery isehemia disease, hemorrhagic shock, thrombosis, reducing foreign body reac:tion to implants and sn on. For further indepth understanding of the mechanism of DRP, more studies should be done.
