Introduction into the Social Assessment of Science and Technology

摘要 当代世界发展得益于科技创新和技术进步,但是人类享受科技带给生活的便利、舒适时,也逐渐意识到科技的负面效果。采用系统分析法进行科学技术的社会评估,改进以往科技评估的不足,将科学技术的事前、事中、事后考察与公众、专家、国家政策需求结合起来,全方位多领域研究科学技术的发生、发展机制,对于科学技术的发展有重要意义。 The contemporary world development has benefited from the innovation of science and technology and the technological progress. Human being, however, has come to realize the negative effects from technology when they enjoy the convenience and comfort brought by it. It is very important for the development of science and technology to employ the system analysis to make social assessment of science and technology, to improve previous technology assessment, to combine the investigation of science and technology with the needs of the public, experts, and national policies, and to make comprehensive researches into all aspects of science and technology.
