With the integration of international economy and the liberalization of trade, especially under financial crisis, with the characteristic of hidden nature、the opacity and legitimacy, the influence of technical barriers is more and more deep to the international trade. China is the largest developing country in the world, and our products are facing the challenges of the technical barriers from developed countries. From the perspective of the new trends of technical barriers under the financial crisis, and the impact and countermeasures to the export of our country, we should strengthen the understanding to the technical barrier in the new situation and safeguard our profit in the trade.
