基于多目标协同的榆林市土地利用结构优化

Study on Land Utilization Structure Optimization of Yulin City Based on the Collaboration of Multiple Goals

以榆林市土地利用的经济、社会、生态效益多目标协同为导向,引入相对权益系数和生态价值服务当量构建出榆林市土地利用的经济效益与生态效益目标函数,并通过约束条件体现社会效益目标,运用多目标线性规划方法求解出榆林市2020年土地利用的优化结构。计算结果表明:优化后榆林市耕地、牧草地面积略有减少,各类建设用地面积都有所增加,林地和园地面积有较大幅度的增加;榆林市土地利用的经济效益与生态效益都得到改善。

Based on the collaboration of economic, social and ecological goals of Yulin city＇s land utilization structure, economic and ecological benefit target functions of land utilization were constructed , by relative rights coefficient and ecological value service equivalent, the social benefit goal was reflected by constraint conditions. At last in this paper multi-objective linear programming method was used to work out yulin city＇s optimized land use structure of 2020. The results showed that ：through optimizing, in Yulin city the area of cultivated land and grassland was slightly reduced, the area of construction lands was increased, the area of woodland and gardern plot was substantially increased; besides, the economic and ecological benefits of Yulin city＇s land utilization structure was also improved.
