摘要
采用自制的搅拌球磨机对木薯酒糟进行机械活化处理,以浓硫酸为催化剂、苯酚为液化剂对活化的木薯酒糟进行液化处理。然后,以液化产物合成酚醛树脂。同时,采用傅立叶变换红外光谱分析技术对活化的木薯酒糟、液化产物和合成的树脂进行分析。研究结果表明:机械活化能提高木薯酒糟的液化反应活性,有利于酚醛树脂的合成。活化60min的木薯酒糟液化产物所合成的树脂具有较好的性能。
Cassava stillage residue(CSR) was mechanically activated by home-made high efficiency stirring mill.The CSR with different activation times were liquefied by using concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst,and phenol as liquefacient.Then the liquefaction products were used to prepare phenolic resin.FT-IR was used to study the CSR whit different activation times,liquefaction products and CSR based phenolic resin.It was found that mechanical activation could enhance the CSR's activity of liquefaction,therefore in favour of the synthesis of CSR based phenolic resin.The resin prepared by 60 min activated CSR had a preferable property compared with the others.
