摘要
以丙烯酸酯及其衍生物作为主单体,丙烯酸和丙烯酸羟乙酯等为功能性单体,通过半连续乳液聚合,合成了丙烯酸酯乳液。讨论了乳化剂对单体转化率、乳液粒径以及其他性能的影响,结果表明:乳化剂用量的增加可以提高单体的转化速率,但会使得乳液的粒径减少,从而使得乳液的稳定性得到提高;同时随着乳化剂含量的提高,其180°C剥离强度和初粘力先提高后减少,其压敏胶的内聚强度却稍微降低。
Acrylate composite latex was synthesized using acrylate and its derivatives as the main monomer,acrylic acid and ethyl hydroxyl acrylate as functional monomers by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization.Effect of emulsifiers on the monomer conversion rate,the particle size of the emulsion and other properties was discussed.The results showed that with the increasing of emulsifier the monomer conversion rate increased,and the latex particle size decreased,therefore the emulsion stability was improved;on the other hand,with the increasing of the emulsifier content,the 180℃ peel strength and tack of the pressure sensitive adhesive increased firstly,then decreased,and its cohesion strength decreased slightly.
