硝喹对间日疟原虫晚期孢子增殖期超微结构的影响 被引量:1

EFFECTS OF NITROQUINE ON THE ULTRASTRUCTURE OF LATE SPOROGONY OF PLASMODIUM VIVAX

摘要 用硝喹1、5及10mg/L 喂感染间日疟原虫的阳性大劣按蚊;另以5、20mg 硝喹给疟疾患者服用,取血离体喂蚊,感染后8 d,分别解剖。用透射电镜观察蚊体内卵囊内成孢子细胞及子孢子的超微结构变化。显示硝喹作用后成孢子细胞与子孢子的细胞质出现空泡,甚至溶解,线粒体肿胀,虫体形态异常。随着药量的增加,超微结构的变化更加明显,蚊胃壁上的卵囊随用药量增加而减少。 Anopheles dirus were fed nitroquiae (CI-675) and allowed to obtain blood meal from the patients 3h after adminitered with 5,20 mg nitroquine.Ultrastructural ch- anges of oocysts and sporozoites of Plasmodium vivax were studied.The development of oocysts were restrained and the sporoblasts in the oocysts appeared dissolved.The sporozoites were obviously destroyed.There were vacuoles of various sizes in the cytoplasm of oocysts and sporozoites.The mitochondria swollen and some nuclei shra- nk.The degree of damages of oocysts and sporozoites were dependent on the doses of the drug.The average numbers of oocysts of each infected mosquito decreased as the administered dosage of the drugs increased.
