单因素法考察蒙药清喉颗粒的提取工艺

A Study of the Extraction Techniques of Throat-cleansing Powder Using the Single-Factor Method

目的:用单因素试验法对清喉颗粒提取工艺进行考察。方法:以绿原酸、牛蒡子苷及总黄酮得率为指标,对溶媒、醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取次数和浸泡时间等6因素进行考察。结论:清喉颗粒的提取工艺条件为:加10倍量70%乙醇浸泡2小时后,提取3次,1.5h/次。

Objective To study the extraction techniques of throat -cleansing powder using the single -factor experimental method. Methods With the acquisition rates of chlorogenic acid, arctiin, and total flavonoids as indexes, observations were made on six factors, viz. the solvents, alcohol concentration, drugliquid ratio, extraction time, number of times of extraction and soaking time. Results The optimal condition for the extraction of throat - cleansing powder is ： soaking for 2 hours in 70% ethanol 10 times in volume; extraction for 3 times; extraction time is 1.5 hours each.
