摘要
目的:建立克感额日敦片中诃子的薄层鉴别与没食子酸的含量测定。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别克感额日敦片中诃子,采用高效液相色谱法测定诃子中没食子酸的含量,以甲醇-0.1%H3PO4(5:95)为流动相,流速1.0mL.min-1,检测波长210nm,理论塔板数按没食子酸峰计算应不低于8000。结果:线性范围为4.08-65.28ug/ml(r=0.9998).平均加样回收率为100.0%。RSD=0.60%。结论:本法简便、灵敏、准确。可作为克感额日敦片的质量控制方法。
Objective: To develop a method for the determination of gallic acid in chebula.Method: RP-HPLC method was a adopted in which the separation of gallic acid was performed on C18 chromatographic column with a column temperature of 25℃;the mobile phase was composed of MeOH-0.1% H3PO4(5: 95),with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and detection wavelength of 210nm.Result: The linear range of gallic acid was 4.08~65.28μg·mL-1(r=0.9998),the average recovery was 100.0%,RSD was 0.60%.Conclusion: This method is simple,sensitive,accurate and with good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Kegan Eridun pian.
