摘要
高校教学团队建设是提升本科教学质量与推进教学改革工程的重要举措,也是当前高等教育理论研究和实践探索的重要课题。教学团队作为高校基层教学组织的一种新形式,是由教学水平高、学术造诣深的教授领衔负责,由知识技能互补的教师为了共同明确的目标和任务组建而成的,它不仅需要有完善的制度来保障内部的正常运行,还需要有和谐宽容、共享互信的团队氛围来发挥成员的协同作用。充足有效的资源支持、科学合理的考评机制以及灵活有效的激励机制等对教学团队的形成与发展也必不可少。
Construction of teaching team in colleges and universities is not only the important measure to improve undergraduate teaching quality and push forward teaching reform, but also the important research program both in theory and practice of higher education. Teaching team, as a new teaching form in colleges,is in charge by professors with high academic achievements and is composed of teachers for the common purposes and tasks, which needs both perfect institution to ensure the internal normal oper- ation and harmonious and mutually trusted team to take advantage of cooperation among teaching team members. Adequate and effective source support, scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism as well as flexible incentive mechanism are also quite essential for the formation and development of teaching team in colleges and universities.
