摘要
为了改善金属化保护后光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)的传感性能,采用化学镀后随恒温水浴箱自然冷却的方法减小温度突变。实验表明:改进后化学镀前后其透射谱3 dB带宽为0.129 nm,没有改变,峰值损耗只降低了3.42%,同时其温度传感迟滞误差为1.85%,测量值中最大正反行程差值折算成温度约为1.48℃。
In order to improve the performance of metal coated Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) sensor, the electroless plating FBG was cooled slowly to room temperature with the water in thermostatic bath. It showed that 3 dB bandwidth was 0. 129 nm without any change ,the peak loss was only reduced by 3.42%, at the same time the hysteresis error was 1.85% ,the biggest difference value between positive and negative trip was approximately 1.48 ℃ when it was converted into temperature.
