日本血吸虫童虫杀伤机理的体外研究 抗体依赖的小鼠巨噬细胞介导的细胞毒作用

摘要 本文报告运用体外免疫效应机理分析系统,证明了对日本血吸虫(中国大陆株)童虫的抗体依赖小鼠巨噬细胞介导的细胞毒作用(ADCC)。来源于正常小鼠和感染小鼠的巨噬细胞皆能产生对日本血吸虫童虫的依赖抗体介导的 ADCC 反应;感染小鼠巨噬细胞对童虫还具有不依赖抗体的细胞毒作用,而正常小鼠巨噬细胞则无;感染小鼠巨噬细胞参与的对童虫的 ADCC 反应较其不依赖抗体的细胞毒作用强,也较正常小鼠巨噬细胞参与的 ADCC 为强。还注意到补体仅可增强感染小鼠巨噬细胞的 ADCC 反应。 In this staudy antibody-dependent murine macrophage-mediated cytotoxicity(ADCC) against schistosomula of Schistosoma japonicum (Chinese strain) were demonstra- ted in vitro by use of immune effector mechanism analysis system.The results of the study showed that antibody-dependent macrophages from the normal mice and in- fected mice could mediated the antibody-dependent ADCC reaction against the schisto- somula of Schistosoma japonicum;the macrophages from infected mice also showed the killing effect of non-antibody-dependent ADCC,while the killing effect could not be observed with the macrophages from normal mice.In addition,the ADCC reaction against schistosomala with the participation of the macrophages from the infected mice was stronger than that of the non-antibody-dependent ADCC and that of macrophages from normal mice.The author also noticed that the complements could merely enhance the reaction of ADCC reaction mediated by the macrophages from the infected mice.
