前路手术治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折临床疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨经前路手术对不稳定型胸腰段爆裂骨折的临床疗效。方法:对34例不稳定型胸腰段爆裂骨折患者行椎体次全切除、减压、植骨手术,然后用Z-plate内固定系统治疗,并于治疗15月后评价患者治疗前后的ASIA分级、影像恢复情况。结果:ASIA分级:除A级2例无效,其余分别恢复1级以上。影像学检查比较,术前X线片后凸Cobbs角20°~36°,平均24±2.4°,术后均<9°,平均4.4°±0.6°,无纠正角度丢失。结论:前路手术对胸腰段骨折的后凸角纠正度、椎体恢复高度等具有良好疗效。
