116例全麻支撑喉镜下声带息肉摘除术围手术期护理

目的:探讨全麻支撑喉镜下声带息肉摘除术围手术期护理措施。方法:对2009年01月-2011年09月我院收治的116例声带息肉手术患者的临床资料进行分析。结果:116例声带息肉患者在全麻支撑喉镜下行息肉摘除,通过术前、术中、术后的精心护理,患者声嘶症状缓解,无复发,效果满意。结论:精心的围手术期护理对全麻治疗声带息肉的疗效起重要作用,值得重视。

objective： to study the general support microlaryngoscopy enucleation vocaI polyps perioperative care measures. Methods ： in January, 2009 - September of 116 cases were our vocal polyps surgery patients for clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results： 116 cases of patients with vocal polyps in general support laryngoscope downside polyps to excise, through the preoperative, during, and after careful nursing, at the pa- tients of symptoms, no case was recurrence, and get satisfied results. Conclusion ： carefully perioperative care to treat the vocal general anesthesia the curative effect of polyps plays an important role, seriously.
