血液透析室新护士的带教体会

血液透析在我院已经开展多年,随着血透室规模的扩大,其护士需求不断增加。我院血液透析护士是从本院其他临床科调入或社会招聘入科,对血液透析知识知之甚少。因此合理有效的带教,是新护士尽快掌握相关专科知识和技能的前提。
