摘要
人文素养不仅是师范生成才成功的要求,也是师范生适应未来职业角色和促进人实现幸福的要求。当前,我国高师院校师范生的人文素养现状不容乐观,他们人文知识贫乏,人文素质欠缺,人文知识学习兴趣淡漠。高师院校应通过课堂教学、校园文化活动、社会实践等途径积极培养师范生的人文素养。
Cultivating the humanistic quality is a requirement for students' success at teachers colleges as well as for their adaptation to the future career and their happy life.At present,humanistic quality of the normal students in our country allows no optimism,for their lack of humanistic knowledge,deficiencies of humanistic quality and indifference to learning humanistic knowledge.It is necessary to cultivate the humanistic quality of the normal students through teaching,campus cultural activities and social practice.
