文章引入商圈成长质量指数的概念,构建了衡量商圈发展状况的指标体系,并运用效度分析、信度分析与权重分析,对指标进行筛选和优化,所得出的评价体系对于政府规划部门、房地产开发商以及零售商业企业合理规划、布局、管理商圈具有重要意义。

This paper introduces the concept of Developing Quality Index of Commercial Circle, constructs the index system of business development using the validity analysis, reliability analysis and weights analysis, selects and optimizes the indexes. The received evaluating system has great significance for government planning department, real estate developers and retailers on planning, layout and managing Commercial Circle.
