摘要
目的分析宿迁市区开展新生儿听力筛查的现状。方法回顾性分析2010年宿迁市区出生新生儿听力筛查情况,应用瞬态诱发耳声发射(TEOAE)进行听力筛查。初筛未通过者于42d后复查;复筛仍未通过者于出生后3个月应用听性脑干反应(ABR)行听力损失诊断。结果 2010年宿迁市区共出生新生儿14 000例,初筛9790例,初筛率69.93%。初筛通过9250例,初筛通过率94.48%;复筛516例,复筛率95.56%;复筛通过452例,复筛通过率87.60%。最终13例确诊为不同程度的先天性听力损失,先天性听力损失检出率1.33‰。结论宿迁市区新生儿初筛率明显偏低,有必要尽快建立适合本地区特点的听力筛查模式。
Objective To analyze the data of newborn hearing screening in the area of Suqian city,China. Methods The results of newborn hearing screening in the area of Suqian city in the year 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Transiently evocted otoacoustic emission(TEOAE) was applied in the first screening and rescreening for the newborns.The infants who failed both the first and rescreening were referred to receive diagnosis tests of auditory brainstem response(ABR) at 3 months old. Results A total of 9790(69.93%) was screened out of 14000 newborns in the area of Suqian city.The pass rates of the first screening and rescreening were 94.48% and 87.60%,respectively.Finally,13 neonates(1.33‰) of them were diagnosed as neonatal congenital hearing loss. ConclusionThe rate of the first screening in Suqian city is too low and it is necessary to establish a programme for universal newborn hearing screening.
