长寿基因SIRT1在2型糖尿病发病机制中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 沉默信息调节因子(SIRT1)因其参与酵母交配型基因沉默、端粒区基因沉默和重组并能维持基因的稳定性,从而与物质代谢和长寿有着很大的关系,也因此被称作"长寿基因"。近年来众多研究表明其与代谢型疾病2型糖尿病发病有着紧密联系,以下就SIRT1对胰岛素信号通路及其主要靶器官的影响作一综述。
