基于文献类型序关系转换权重的期刊影响因子研究

Study on Impact Factor Based on Ordering Relations Converted to Weight Factor according to the Types of Journal Literature

期刊论文的被引量不但会因为学科、地区有所差异,还会因文献的类型不同而造成引用行为的较大差异,而学术论文(Articles)和研究综述(Review)以及其它文献类型的学术价值是不同的。因此对期刊进行以引文为基础的评价时,需要对期刊所刊载的文献类型按照内容做出分类。本文对期刊评价中将所有文献类型视为等同的影响因子进行改进。依据序关系转换权重的原理和算法,结合专家建议得出各文献类型的相对序关系,并进一步转换为相应的权重值,最终形成基于期刊文献类型的序关系转换权重的影响因子。

Journal citation behaviors vary with discipline, region and the different types of literature references. What＇ s more, the aca- demic value of Academic Papers, Research Reviews and other types of literature is different. Therefore, it is necessary to make a classifi- cation for the types of literature published in the journals according to their content, when the evaluation of Academic Journal is based on the journal citations. This paper improved journal impact factor by treating all journal document types with same importance in evaluation process. Based on Ordering Relation to the weight conversion principle and algorithm, combined with the expert advices obtained, the relative order of each type of relationship between literatures is presented and further converted to the corresponding weight value. Finally, the impact factor based on ordering relations converted to weight factor according to the types of journal literature is formed.
