摘要 为了研究供应链成员间知识共享行为,在分析成员企业不同选择策略收益的基础上,运用演化博弈理论对供应链成员企业的知识共享行为的演变途径进行了探讨。根据成员企业收益的不同,博弈共有四种情形,而最终的知识共享稳定策略只有两种。研究发现:降低共享成本与风险、提升知识吸收能力与合作效应、加大知识投入量以及建立良好的激励机制是促进供应链成员企业知识共享,提升供应链整体竞争力的必由之路。 In order to investigate the knowledge sharing behavior between supply chain members, this paper uses evolutionary game theory to explore the evolution approach of supply chain enterprises based on the analysis of different benefit due to members' strategy. Accord- ing to different enterprises' benefit, game is divided into four cases, and there are only two evolutionary stable strategies at last. It is the only way for supply chain enterprises to promote knowledge sharing effectively and enhance the overall competitiveness that reduce sharing cost and risk, enhance the absorptive capacity of knowledge and cooperation effect, increase knowledge input and establish an incentive mechanism.
