广东农民工技能培训影响因素的因子与通径分析 被引量:2

摘要 农民工技能培训是促进农村劳动力转移的重要环节。以Holton培训迁移影响因素模型为基础,确定影响农民工技能培训的影响因素,并设计调查量表开展实证调研。通过因子分析找出影响广东农民工技能培训的8个关键因素,运用通径分析得到影响因素的相对重要程度以及影响因素之间对培训效果的影响,为改善与提高广东农民工技能培训提供参考。 Skills-training of the migrant workers is the essential part to promote the transfer of rural labor loire. The influence factors about the skills-training of the migrant workers were built, on the base of Holton's influenee factors of Training Transfer Model, with the establishment of research scales and the empirical surveys. 8 critical factors about the performance of skills-training of the migrant workers were found through the Factor Analysis Method. Path analysis was used to find out the relative importance of the influence factors and how the influence faotors had effeets on the performance of the skills-training. The research can provide a reference of improving and reinforcement the skifls-training of the migrant workers in Guangdong.
