摘要
目的探讨智能跟踪技术在不同感兴趣区的位置肺动脉CT成像中图像的质量。方法采用64层螺旋CT,设定研究组30例和对照组30例,选用智能跟踪技术在不同感兴趣区的位置,对临床拟诊肺栓塞的患者行肺动脉血管造影(CTPA),评判两组图像质量及各级肺动脉显出率。结果 (1)两组病例图像质量:研究组中图像质量1、2、3级的分别为28、1、1例,对照组中图像质量1、2、3级分别为21、6、3例,两组图像质量均无4级病例,两组图像质量级别差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)两组病例各级肺动脉显示率:研究组和对照组1~4级肺动脉显示率均为100.0%,5~6级肺动脉显示率分别为95.0%、51.0%和66.5%、12.7%。段级以下肺动脉显示率差异有统计学意义,段级以上肺动脉显示率差异无统计学意义。结论感兴趣区的位置选择在左心房上可明显提高对各级肺动脉的显示率及图像质量级别。
Objective To investigate the picture quality of multi-slice spiral CT angiography of pulmonary artery(MSCTPA) using different location of ROI in monitor.Methods Sixty cases of primary diagnosised with pulmonary embolism(PE) divided in study group and control group were taken MSCTPA in different locations of ROI in monitor and then the quality of images were reviewed.The quality and the display rate of pulmonary arteries were compared between the two group.Results(1) In study group,there were 28 cases in the first degree and 1 case in the second and third degree respectively.In the control group there were 21,6 and 3 cases in different image quality degrees.There was no case in the fouth degree.There were significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).(2) The display rate of pulmonary arteries: In both two groups,the display rate of 1~4 level pulmonary artery was 100.00%,5~6 level pulmonary artery were 95.0%,51.0%,66.5% and 12.7%,respectively.There were no statistical significance in the 1~4 level pulmonary artery but the display rate of 5~6 level pulmonary artery had statistical significance.Conclusion The location of region of interest(ROI) in the left atrium can significantly increase the display rate and the image quality at all levels of the pulmonary artery.
