摘要
研究多种因素对长沙地铁混凝土的抗碳化性能的影响,试验结果表明混凝土抗碳化性能随混凝土强度等级增加而增强;采用聚羧酸减水剂混凝土的抗碳化性能优于采用萘系减水剂的混凝土的抗碳化性能。依据Fick第二定律及相似理论,建立了长沙地铁混凝土抗碳化耐久性预测方法。混凝土抗碳化耐久性预测结果表明所设计的不同强度等级的长沙地铁混凝土抗碳化耐久寿命均超过了100年的设计使用寿命。
The influence of several factors on carbonation resistance of Changsha metro concrete were studied,Experimental results indicated that the concrete carbonation resistance increased with the growth of concrete strength.For a given strength grade,the concrete carbonation resistance slightly increased with the decrease of water-cement ratio.Concrete made with polycarboxylate demonstrated better carbonation resistance than that of the concretemade with naphthalene based superplasticizer.Based on Fick's second law and similarity theory, an method was established to assess the resistance of carbonation for Changsha metro-concrete.Results indicated that all concrete batches demonstrated 100 yearsof service life for carbonation resistance.
