摘要
通过对某客车车身碰撞进行有限元仿真分析,综合分析客车车身的碰撞安全性能,得到了客车驾驶室、前底架的最大加速度变化状况以及车身前面部位吸能性能时间历程曲线,结合碰撞分析结果,对前底架进行拓扑优化设计,根据拓扑优化结果,对前底架进行相应的改进设计。对改进后的模型重新进行碰撞仿真分析,发现改进后模型的碰撞被动安全性比改进前有了较大程度的提高,同时,驾驶室附近的最大变形能够满足国家正面碰撞法规规定。说明利用计算机仿真技术来指导客车车身及前底架的结构改进是很有成效的,具有较大的工程借鉴意义。
A bus body collision was simulated,and the variation process of the biggest acceleration occurred in the former chassis and cab of the bus and energy absorbing were obtained.Then using the method of topology optimization,a corresponding improvement methods of the frontier chassis,and the bus's level of impact security were obtained.After analyzing the improved model under the circumstance of the same loads,it could be found that the impact security of the improved model had been enhanced greatly and the improved model's biggest distortion displacement was under the regulated line of impact rule of law.So it is very effective to use this method in analyzing and improving impact security of the bus body by computer simulation technology.This method provides a good example in solving related problems.
